Registration

Registration for the ESTI 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting is to be made electronically by completing the respective registration (MyUserArea). Registrations without full name, complete email, postal address and date of birth cannot be processed.
Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received at the applicable bank account and will be considered as incomplete and adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. The relevant ESTI 2025 registration deadlines are announced below.

Please note that registration fees are excluding 25% VAT.

Registration Tickets

Member
Reduced member registration is available to all active ESTI 2025 members in good standing.

Resident/Junior
Reduced resident/junior registration will be offered to residents and juniors (young radiologists in training). Residents/juniors have to send or email a letter, written on official hospital letter paper and signed by the head of department, confirming their status as such within 5 working days after online registration. In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will automatically be adjusted to a regular fee. The age limit for a registration as resident/junior is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).

Allied Science
Registration categorised as allied science is limited in general to nurses, technologists, technicians and physicists without any academic title. Nurses, technologists, technicians and physicists have to send or email a letter, written on official hospital letter paper and signed by the head of department, confirming their status as such within 5 working days after completed online registration. In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will automatically be adjusted to a regular fee.

Student
Student tickets are available upon request. Please send you student picture ID to the ESTI Office to get your student ticket added to your ESTI account.

Registration Deadlines

Early Registration Deadline: Monday, March 31 (23:59 CEST)
Late Registration Deadline: Wednesday, June 11 (23:59 CEST)
Onsite Registration: from Thursday, June 12 onwards

Registration Fee includes

– Admission to all scientific & educational sessions
– Certificate of attendance
– CME credits (if the evaluation form has successfully been submitted)
– Access to catering area
– Access to the exhibition area
– Access to the ePoster gallery
